Double Blended Chocolate Cold Brew Protein Shake

This is my go-to in the morning!

A kick in the butt for those butt-dragging mornings!

I am not a coffee drinker, but I do benefit from caffeine, so I tried cold brew coffee. Cold brew is brewed without heat, so there is no bitterness (like regular coffee). It is much more smooth. But I still don’t like the taste on its own.

So, I took inspiration from Starbucks and blended some of their cold brew with chocolate almond milk, Poliquin Espresso Greens, XPN IsoXtreme Protein, half a banana and VOILA✨✨


And under 2 minutes to make, there’s no excuse to skip breakfast now!!!!


✅ 1 cup cold brew coffee (I use Starbucks Cold Brew),
✅ 1/2 cup Silk Chocolate Almond Milk,
✅ 1 scoop Poliquin Espresso Greens
✅ 1 scoop XPN IsoXtrem vanilla protein
✅ 1/2 banana
✅ 1 cup ice

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend!!!

Calories: 242, Carbs 30.5 g, Fat 2.5 g, Protein 29.5 g
