After eating way too much raw cookie dough this summer, I knew I needed to come up with something better, and while this doesn’t taste identical, it’s pretty darn close and guilt free!
Protein “Cookie Dough”:
✅ 1 scoop XPN Vanilla IsoXtreme protein
✅ 1 tbsp chia seeds
✅ 1 tbsp hemp hearts
✅ 2-3 tbsp oats OR 1/2 banana OR 1.5 tbsp oats and 1/4 banana
✅ 2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
✅ 1 tbsp Enjoy Life mini chips
1. Mix everything together in a bowl, and let chill in fridge for 30 mins (or overnight) to let chia seeds gel.
This is a GREAT evening snack for those who get hungry; the chia seeds will help you feel full, along with the protein!!
