Everyone has their own goals,and their own reasons why. Whether it be to lose 5 lbs or 50 lbs, we are here to help guide you every step of the way! Below are some of the transformations that a few of our women have allowed us to share.

Before and After Tammy

I signed up with Brittany hoping for some results, not realizing at the time how life changing this program was going to be. In the past I had done exercise programs with very little results. So I put my trust into Brittany hoping for some changes.
As you can see I have had huge results in such a short period of time. Brittany told me that I would see results in a couple of months that I would not be able to get on my own in a year. And she did deliver! Meeting with Brittany once a week became something I looked forward too. She taught me not only how to weight train, but also how important my diet was. I have achieved much more out of this program then I expected to. I am physically leaner and stronger and my energy level is through the roof. I have NEVER felt better!!!! This adventure has been more than I had hoped for and will continue working with Brittany. I can’t thank her enough for all the motivation and inspiration she has given me and for teaching me this lifestyle. Strong is the new skinny!

Before I met brittany I was always a skinny girl but I never was very balanced or strong. I came to her with a poor diet and wanting to learn. I wanted to be in better physical shape for my riding career I want to pursue. Brittany has helped me so much with learning how to eat healthy and lift weights safely and properly to get lean/strong fast. Now I’m lean and stronger than ever. Brittany is amazing trainer and friend and I’d rather be working out in the gym with her than partying. Thank you so much for helping me and continue to help me reach my goals.

Training with Brittany was the best decision I have made. It has changed my life for the best. I am feeling like I did when I was 20 (I am 45) . I have changed my eating habits and enjoy lifting weights. Having Brittany Byrd as a trainer has been amazing- she encourages us every time we work out. I am wearing clothes I have not in a long time and my uniforms are very baggy but so worth it. The photo shoot was so much fun……! Brittany you have been an amazing trainer and I am so amazed at what I have accomplished in such a short time. Thank you so much for being my trainer and an amazing friend!!! In November 2013, I approached Brittany to help me with a plan to achieve my goal of being more fit and healthy. I started going to her gym with a fantastic group of ladies three mornings a week. At the start, I did not feel like I would ever be able reach my goals as I was not very confident in the area of weight training. I was blessed to receive incredible encouragement and guidance from Brittany. She inspired me on a daily basis and the gals in our group cheered me on. Fast forward to April and you can see the results….60 pounds and 44 inches gone-well beyond what I had hoped for! I could not believe the success of the program. And it was much less difficult than I ever imagined. I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Brittany and I encourage you to allow her to lead you to success in your fitness journey 🙂

I completed one of Brittany’s programs and was able to ‘kick’ start my journey back to my pre-pregnancy body! After the 8 week program I felt that I could do the rest on my own – boy was I mistaken! The progress was slow and exhausting! I participated in exercise class after exercise class, in the water, on land, spin class and finally a running program all in hopes to lose those last 10 pounds!! So when I saw the new program I was curious to know if it would work for me, Brittany said if I was willing to put in the work then it would – and she was so right!!

The program is amazing! It is by far the easiest thing that I have ever done and quickest that I have seen results! Brittany has helped me (and the other women) to understand how to properly exercise and eat to maximize our results. She has helped me to understand how what we eat can negatively affect our body, how stress affects our success and that yes, sleep is important! I thoroughly enjoy the workouts! The groups are an ideal to provide us all the opportunity to ask Brittany questions and get individual support, while also having the benefit of working out with other fantastic women for motivation and support! It’s genius!!

This program has reframed how I think about exercising and exceeded my expectations.

Thank you Brittany, you were right. I would have regretted not joining this program!!
